Commitment to Ourselves

Our commitment to our physical well-being impacts the well-being of us emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically. In particular the one physical act that I suggest doing often and throughout my day is to take very deep breaths. These breathes will allow you to make room for your higher source. The deep exhalation removes anything that doesn’t belong there and that is blocking the flow and rhythm of your journey. Deep breaths release toxins. Toxic thoughts, toxic will power, toxic ideas, and toxic feelings. You will be able to think clearer. More calmly, with more sanity and serenity, trusting every inch of the way. Having a physical and emotional commitment which is grounded in love, will in turn, help you to learn how to love yourself. The other benefit is deepening your relationship with your universal source. It will help you to see things in the true perspective, that you are wonderful as is. I am wonderful as is! There are no addendums that need to be added. No light shows, no sonic booms, no shooting stars. In fact, being stripped of all that clutter allows you to be authentically you - unfiltered and un-adulterated. Pure and simple. Your way of looking at things will begin to be pure and simple. No add-ons needed. You’ll  simply like yourself for who you are. The less outside razzle dazzle that I hide under the more Zazzle of The COURAGEOUS Catwalk’s product there becomes! For you, it’s those intentions you have which are in alignment with your higher source’s direction. Messages of hope and encouragement, of owning oneself and not being owned by anyone else’s thinking. We’re talkin’ bout freedom. Namaste.
